CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

The Singular team constantly invests in policies to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 14 calendar days after receipt. The following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging
  2. The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, meaning in the condition it was received
  3. The product must be returned with tags (or protections) attached, manuals, and all accompanying accessories

IMPORTANT: We will not accept any returns if the above conditions are not met.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Send an email to info@storesingular.com including:

  1. The product name
  2. The order number
  3. The email used during purchase
  4. The reason for the exchange or return
  5. An image or video proving the defect, if applicable

Once all return conditions are validated, we will provide you with the product return address and refund the amount paid for the product as well as the shipping costs.

REFUND METHODS

  1. Credit card refund: this refund may appear up to two billing cycles after the return is finalized by the payment gateway.
