1. Right to Cancel (Consumer Right of Withdrawal)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Once the cancellation request has been made, you have 14 days to return the item.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
Non-returnable items unless faulty:
Personalised or custom-made items
Intimate items such as underwear, swimwear or hygiene-related products that have been unsealed
3. Return Process
To start a return:
Email info@storesingular.com with your order number and reason for return.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include photos.
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorisation with instructions.
Pack the item securely, including all packaging and accessories.
Ship using a tracked courier service.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 7 business days.
Approved refunds:

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following situations:

If you wish to exchange an item due to size, colour, personal preference, or any reason not related to product fault, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. In these cases, you will need to return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a free return and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
7. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
